First of all, let's check in on the shipping status...
Shipping Status By Region
United States: Shipping is complete! All parcels are out the door, and all tracking emails should be delivered by the end of the day today. If you don't receive a tracking email, don't worry! There are a couple of reasons why this may have happened. #1, your tracking email is in your spam folder, or #2, you did not finalize your pledge in the pledge manager. If you want me to look up your order, please contact [email protected] and I'll check the status.
Canada: My North American shipping partner is packing the parcels next week for transport to a Canadian fulfillment center. So, we can expect two to three weeks of transport and processing before shipping can begin. Stay tuned!
Australia / New Zealand / Asia: The errant cargo ship is scheduled to arrive in Sydney next week, after which the remaining items will be en route to the warehouse. Shipping should begin a few days after that — around the end of this month or very early next.
UK / EU / Rest of the World: The container ship arrived, and the cargo is being processed at port. It should be with the fulfillment center by the end of next week, and I hope shipping can begin a few days later. So, watch for tracking emails late this month or early next.
Sticky Pages?
I've had a few reports of pages in one or more guidebooks that are crimped together at the binding. Not sure of the cause of this problem, and I haven't seen it myself in my personal copies. If you encounter this issue, I'm told it's fairly easy to separate the pages by carefully running your finger between the stuck pages at the binding. Once they are unstuck, you're all clear.
I suggest that you handle the pages carefully upon first opening to check if your copy has any issues. I apologize for the trouble, and hopefully the problem is an isolated one. If you encounter any pervasive issues or damage, we'll absolutely make sure you receive replacements.

Need Your Digital Rewards?
I've had a few folks reach out to chase down their digital rewards. If you haven't grabbed your downloads (Sundered Isles Digital Edition and/or Starforged Digital Edition), they will would have been provided via BackerKit when you finalized your pledge. Check your email, click the link to your confirmation page, and select "Get your digital downloads" for the complimentary DriveThruRPG download code.
I recently updated the Digital Edition guidebooks to correct a page reference error. It's a very minor fix, and likely not worthy of a fresh download. But, if you want the latest version, you can grab it via your DriveThruRPG library. This error is not present in the print version of the guidebooks.

Delivery update - Shipping underway for US backers

Hello, Ironsworn! Let's dive right into the state of things.
Shipping Status By Region
We are ahead of schedule in some places and on schedule everywhere else, so it's looking good overall. See below for details.
United States: Shipping has begun! Around 30% of the United States parcels will be picked up by the carrier today, with packing and shipping continuing next week. The first wave of tracking emails will go out as the carrier scans the packages later today or Monday. The vast majority of rewards should be out the door by the middle of next week.
Canada: My North American shipping partner will move the rewards en masse into Canada for processing at a Canadian fulfillment center and delivery by local carriers. The good news is that this approach means I pay any VAT/duty up-front to deliver your rewards without unexpected customs holdups or surprise fees. The bad news is that this adds a delay of about 2–3 weeks before shipping starts. I expect we will begin shipping in early to mid-November and complete it by the end of that month. I'll keep you updated.
Australia / New Zealand / Asia: I expected shipping to start earlier this month, but I've since learned we have a delayed palette slowly making it sway via sea freight from the UK. It is scheduled to arrive next week and will join the rest of the cargo already at the Sydney warehouse. Thus, shipping for Oceania and Asia should begin later this month.
UK / EU / Rest of the World: The container ship is en route to Felixstowe, UK, and is scheduled to arrive in about a week. Then, processing at customs and transport to the fulfillment warehouse will require a couple of weeks. That puts us on track to ship your rewards late this month or early next. Stay tuned!

Problems with a Shipment?
Damaged Items
With the large number of parcels involved in fulfilling this campaign, there are sure to be a relatively small number of products that suffered a manufacturing defect or were damaged in shipping. If you have an issue, please report it to our fulfillment partner as detailed below. This skips the far-from-infallible middleman (me!) and ensures the fastest service possible.
An additional note: I wish I could ensure that every item arrived in pristine condition, both because I want everyone to be 100% pleased with their rewards, and because it is extraordinarily costly to send out replacements. Unfortunately, that level of perfection is not attainable, and what constitutes "damaged" is often subjective. I've replaced books that looked like a pack of wild dogs tore into them, and I've replaced books with barely noticeable corner dings. Ultimately, I trust you to decide if cosmetic damage is worthy of replacement. If you're not happy, I'll make it right.
Lost or Misrouted Shipments
Please allow some time for things to play out before reporting missing rewards. If I announce that shipping is complete for a particular region and you haven't received a tracking email, contact me at [email protected]. If a parcel is misrouted or returned to sender, you can file a trouble ticket with the fulfillment center as detailed below.

Delivery Update - ETA October / November

Hello, Ironsworn!
As noted in the last update, the production of Sundered Isles and the Starforged reprint was completed, and the items were loaded for transport (via sea freight) to the various fulfillment hubs.
Here's the state of things:
North America: The ship unloaded on the West Coast yesterday, and the cargo will be put on a truck bound for the fulfillment hub in Michigan (Whalebacker). This should arrive around the middle of October. Assuming an on-schedule arrival, the warehouse estimates they will begin shipping at the end of October and have everything wrapped by mid-November.
Australia / New Zealand / Asia: Rewards are arriving at the fulfillment hub and will be prepped for shipping. If you live in one of these regions, you likely already received an email from Aetherworks confirming your address. Shipping should begin in the next week.
UK / EU / Rest of the World: This ship has been on a long voyage, and it will arrive around the middle of October. Then, we must allow a couple of weeks to process the cargo and deliver it to the UK fulfillment hub (Zatu). I expect shipping to begin in the first week or two of November and wrap up by the end of November.
Depending on your location, this puts us on schedule or slightly ahead of schedule. Looking good so far!
I will check in with updates every couple of weeks until shipping is wrapped worldwide. I am very much looking forward to getting your well-earned rewards delivered!
If you have a last-minute address change and fall under the Australia/New Zealand/Asia hub, please respond to the Aetherworks email ASAP with your new shipping info. Otherwise, send an email to [email protected]. Please let me know your move date and new address, and I'll update your info.

Happy to report that I've booked ocean freight for Sundered Isles and the Starforged reprints to the various fulfillment hubs. Cargo is prepped and loaded, and the ships are currently en route or will be en route later this week.
When Does Shipping Begin?
Good question! Ocean transit is several weeks, and we need to account for processing time at port and the warehouse. So, we are presently looking at mid-to-late October or early November shipping for most backers. Folks in Australia and New Zealand might receive their parcels a bit earlier — later this month.
In short, barring any unforeseen delays (which is certainly possible!), fulfillment should be wrapped on or slightly ahead of schedule. I'll have more specific details for the various hubs next month once all ships have reached port.
Need to Update Your Address?
I will be locking backer addresses and delivering backer data to the fulfillment hubs on September 13th. If you have moved since submitting your pledge survey, please visit the pledge manager to update your shipping details. You can go to https://sundered-isles.backerkit.com and submit your email address to get a link to your pledge summary. From there, click on the "Edit Your Address" button.
48 hours before the lockdown, you will also receive an email reminder from BackerKit.

Hello, Ironsworn!
Production of the Sundered Isles and Starforged physical rewards is complete. The printer ran behind by a couple of weeks, but everything is now printed and getting prepped for transfer to the various fulfillment warehouses.
Just today, I received my advance copies of the Sundered Isles guidebooks. Everything looks great. After years of work, it's a bit surreal to finally see these books and cards in print.
Pledge Manager Status
Pledges are locked and the preorder store is closed. However — contrary to my last update — I have not yet locked down your addresses. If you have moved since submitting your pledge survey, please visit the pledge manager to update your shipping details. You can visit https://sundered-isles.backerkit.com and submit your email address to get a link to your pledge summary. From there, click on the "Edit Your Address" button.
I expect to lock your addresses sometime in late September or early October. I'll give you advance notice within a couple of weeks of pulling that switch.
Timeline
I am presently booking sea freight to the three fulfillment hubs: UK, United States, and Australia. Once the cargo hits the water, I'll have a better sense of timing for ultimate delivery to your doorstep. For now, we are still on track for November.
